What does Joshua 14:3 mean?

Moses had already given land to the two and a half tribes east of the Jordan, but the Levites didn’t get any land like the others. Joshua 14:3 - Modern Text Bible

(This verse reminds us that some tribes already had land on the east side, and again, the Levites were different.)
