What does Isaiah 50:2 mean?

Why was no one there when I came? Why did no one answer when I called? Is my power too weak to save you? Am I unable to rescue? Look, I can dry up the sea with a word and turn rivers into desert. The fish rot for lack of water and die of thirst. Isaiah 50:2 - Modern Text Bible
