What does Numbers 18:22 mean?

From now on, regular Israelites must not come near the tent where I meet with you, or they'll be held responsible and die. Numbers 18:22 - Modern Text Bible

(God is making it clear that only the priests and Levites are allowed near the sacred tent. Anyone else who tries will be guilty and face death.)
