What does Leviticus 7:19 mean?

If any of the meat touches something unclean, it can't be eaten. It has to be burned. Anyone who's clean can eat the meat, though. Leviticus 7:19 - Modern Text Bible

(If the meat becomes ritually unclean, it must be destroyed. Only people who are ritually clean can eat the offering.)
