What does Leviticus 3:9 mean?

If someone brings a fellowship offering and wants to give it from the flock, they should pick out the best part—the fat tail, the fat covering the organs, the kidneys with their fat, and the long lobe of the liver. They should take all of that out and bring it as their gift. Leviticus 3:9 - Modern Text Bible

(This verse describes which parts of the animal are to be offered to God in a fellowship offering. The focus is on the choicest, fattiest parts, which were considered the most valuable.)
