What does Leviticus 22:25 mean?

Don’t bring me any animals as offerings if you got them from foreigners, because those animals aren’t acceptable to me. They might have defects, and I won’t accept them from you. Leviticus 22:25 - Modern Text Bible

(God is telling the people not to use animals from outsiders for sacrifices, especially if those animals aren’t perfect. The point is that what’s offered to God should be the best, not something second-rate or questionable.)
