What does Leviticus 13:34 mean?

On the seventh day, the priest will check the sore again. If it hasn’t spread and doesn’t look deeper than the skin, the priest will say the person is clean. They just have to wash their clothes, and then they’re clean. Leviticus 13:34 - Modern Text Bible
