What does Judges 16:13 mean?

Delilah said to Samson, 'You’re still making fun of me and lying to me. Tell me how you can be tied up.' Samson replied, 'If you weave the seven braids of my hair into the fabric on the loom and tighten it with the pin, I’ll be as weak as anyone else.' Judges 16:13 - Modern Text Bible

(Delilah keeps pressing, and Samson gets closer to the truth by mentioning his hair, but still doesn’t give the real answer.)
