What does Judges 12:1 mean?

The men of Ephraim gathered and crossed over to Zaphon. They confronted Jephthah and said, Why did you go fight the Ammonites without asking us to help? We’re going to burn your house down with you in it. Judges 12:1 - Modern Text Bible
