What does Joshua 13:8 mean?

The other half-tribe of Manasseh, along with the tribes of Reuben and Gad, already got their land on the east side of the Jordan. Moses gave it to them, just as the Lord’s servant had assigned. Joshua 13:8 - Modern Text Bible
