What does Jeremiah 48:33 mean?

Joy and celebration are gone from Moab’s orchards and vineyards. I’ve stopped the singing and shouting at harvest time. No one treads out wine in the presses anymore. I’ve ended all the joyful noise. Jeremiah 48:33 - Modern Text Bible
