What does Jeremiah 43:10 mean?

Then say to them, 'This is what the Lord of all says: I am going to bring Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon, here to Egypt. He will set up his throne right on these stones I have hidden, and he will spread out his royal tent over them.' Jeremiah 43:10 - Modern Text Bible

(God warns that even in Egypt, they won't escape Babylon. Nebuchadnezzar will conquer Egypt and rule from the very place where Jeremiah hides the stones.)
