What does Jeremiah 36:10 mean?

Baruch read Jeremiah’s words out loud to everyone at the Lord’s temple. He stood in the room of Gemariah, son of Shaphan the scribe, up on the upper courtyard, right by the New Gate that leads into the Lord’s house. That’s where everyone could hear him. Jeremiah 36:10 - Modern Text Bible

(Baruch, Jeremiah’s scribe, publicly shares the message in a spot where lots of people would be gathered, making sure the warning reaches as many as possible.)
