What does Jeremiah 34:22 mean?

I'm going to give the order, and the Babylonians will come back to this city. They'll attack it, capture it, and burn it down. I'll make the towns of Judah so empty that no one will live there anymore. Jeremiah 34:22 - Modern Text Bible
