What does Jeremiah 30:18 mean?

This is what the Lord says: I’ll bring back the people from Jacob’s tents and show compassion on their homes. The city will be rebuilt on its old ruins, and the palace will stand where it used to. Jeremiah 30:18 - Modern Text Bible
