What does Isaiah 62:4 mean?

No one will call you ‘abandoned’ anymore, and your land won’t be called ‘desolate.’ Instead, you’ll be called ‘My Delight Is in Her,’ and your land will be called ‘Married,’ because the Lord delights in you and will be joined to your land like a husband to his wife. Isaiah 62:4 - Modern Text Bible
