What does Isaiah 58:2 mean?

Day after day they look for Me and seem eager to know My ways, like a nation that does what’s right and hasn’t turned away from God’s commands. They ask Me for fair decisions and seem eager to be close to Me. Isaiah 58:2 - Modern Text Bible
