What does Isaiah 56:7 mean?

I'll bring them to my holy mountain and let them celebrate in my house of prayer. Their offerings and sacrifices will be accepted on my altar, because my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations. Isaiah 56:7 - Modern Text Bible
