What does Isaiah 38:5 mean?

'Go back and tell Hezekiah, the leader of my people: This is what the Lord, the God of your ancestor David, says: I’ve heard your prayer and seen your tears. I’m going to heal you. In three days, you’ll go up to the Lord’s temple.' Isaiah 38:5 - Modern Text Bible
