What does Isaiah 35:10 mean?

Those the Lord has saved will come back, singing as they return to Jerusalem. They’ll be crowned with endless joy. Sadness and sorrow will disappear, replaced by happiness that never ends. Isaiah 35:10 - Modern Text Bible
