What does Isaiah 21:9 mean?

Now I see a column of horsemen coming, and one of them shouts, 'Babylon has fallen! All her idols are smashed on the ground.' Isaiah 21:9 - Modern Text Bible

(The lookout finally sees the invading army and announces Babylon’s defeat. The destruction of idols shows the end of Babylon’s power and false religion.)
