What does Isaiah 16:8 mean?
The fields of Heshbon are dried up, and the vineyards of Sibmah are withered. The rulers of nations used to enjoy their wine, but now the vines are trampled all the way to Jazer and into the desert. Even the branches that reached across the sea are gone. Isaiah 16:8 - Modern Text Bible
(Moab's famous vineyards and fields, once a source of pride and wealth, are now destroyed. The devastation is so complete that even distant lands that benefited from Moab's produce are affected.)
