What does Hosea 4:14 mean?

I'm not going to punish your daughters when they go astray, or your daughters-in-law when they do the same, because the men are just as guilty. They all go off together, offering sacrifices with prostitutes. A people who don't understand what's right will end up destroyed. Hosea 4:14 - Modern Text Bible
