What does Genesis 47:26 mean?

So Joseph made it law in Egypt that one-fifth of the harvest belongs to Pharaoh. That law is still in place today. Only the priests’ land wasn’t taken by Pharaoh. Genesis 47:26 - Modern Text Bible
