What does Genesis 28:15 mean?

'I'm with you. I'll watch over you wherever you go, and I'll bring you back to this land. I won't leave you until I've done everything I promised.' Genesis 28:15 - Modern Text Bible

(God reassures Jacob that he won't be alone. God will protect him, bring him back home, and keep every promise. It's a promise of presence and faithfulness.)
