What does Ezekiel 48:21 mean?

The land left over on the east and west sides of the sacred area and the city belongs to the prince. Each side runs 25,000 cubits long, stretching from the tribal borders to the edge of the sacred land. This is the prince’s share. The sacred land and the temple are right in the middle.
