What does Ezekiel 44:19 mean?

When they go out to the outer court where the people are, they must take off their serving clothes and leave them in the holy rooms. They have to put on other clothes so they don't transfer holiness to the people through their garments. Ezekiel 44:19 - Modern Text Bible
