What does Ezekiel 44:11 mean?

They can serve in my sanctuary as gatekeepers and helpers. They can handle the work around the temple—slaughtering animals for offerings and serving the people. But that's all they're allowed to do. Ezekiel 44:11 - Modern Text Bible
