What does Ezekiel 3:20 mean?

If a good person turns away from doing right and starts doing wrong, and I set a trap for them, they'll die. If you didn't warn them, they'll die for their sin, and the good things they did won't count. I'll hold you responsible for their death. Ezekiel 3:20 - Modern Text Bible
