What does Ezekiel 29:19 mean?

So this is what I, the Lord God, say: I’m going to give Egypt to Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon. He’ll carry off its wealth, take everything valuable, and loot it all. That’s how he’ll get paid for what he did to Tyre. Ezekiel 29:19 - Modern Text Bible
