What does Ecclesiastes 9:2 mean?

Everyone shares the same fate—good people and bad, clean and unclean, those who offer sacrifices and those who don’t. The same thing happens to everyone, and people’s hearts are full of evil and madness while they live, and then they die. Ecclesiastes 9:2 - Modern Text Bible
