What does Amos 9:13 mean?

The days are coming, says the Lord, when the harvest will come so fast that the person plowing will catch up to the one harvesting, and the one planting will be right behind the one picking grapes. The mountains will drip with sweet wine, and the hills will overflow. Amos 9:13 - Modern Text Bible
