What does 2 Kings 13:24 mean?

Jehoash, son of Jehoahaz, took back from Ben-Hadad, son of Hazael, the towns that Ben-Hadad had taken from Jehoahaz. Jehoash defeated him three times and recovered those cities for Israel. 2 Kings 13:24 - Modern Text Bible
